This policy explains how Presidio Real Estate (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information through PeekAtUtahHomes.com (the “Site”).

When you request a tour or send us a message, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, the property you’re interested in, your preferred tour times, where you are in your home search (if you choose to say), and any notes you include.
To confirm a tour, we ask you to send a photo ID by email. We use it only to verify your identity before the showing.
Information collected automatically
- Site statistics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count page views and visits without tracking you across other websites.
- Security: our hosting and security tools, including Cloudflare and a website firewall, process IP addresses and request details to block spam and attacks.
We don’t use advertising cookies or sell access to your browsing.

Who we share it with
To schedule a showing, we share your name, your tour time and, where needed, confirmation that your identity was verified with the home’s listing agent and their brokerage. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with others for their marketing.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of people or property.
How long we keep it
We keep tour and contact requests only as long as needed to handle them and meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed brokerage. Copies of photo IDs are deleted once verification is complete.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve given us by reaching out through our contact form.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
