These Terms of Use govern your use of PeekAtUtahHomes.com (the "Site") and the tour request service offered through it (the "Service"). The Site and Service are operated by Presidio Real Estate ("Presidio," "we," "us"), a licensed Utah real estate brokerage. By using the Site or requesting a tour, you agree to these terms.
What the Service does
The Service lets you request an in-person tour of a home listed for sale. When you submit a request, we contact you to confirm details and coordinate a showing with the home's listing agent, who meets you at the property. Tours depend on the availability and approval of the seller and listing agent. We can't guarantee that any particular home can be shown, or shown at the time you request.
No agency relationship
Requesting or taking a tour through the Service does not make you a client of Presidio or of any agent, and does not create a buyer agency relationship. The listing agent who shows a home represents the seller, not you. You'll receive a written disclosure of this relationship. If you would like your own agent, you may choose to sign a separate written buyer agreement with a licensed agent at any time.
Your responsibilities at a showing
- Provide accurate information and a valid photo ID when asked.
- Arrive at the scheduled time, or let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
- Follow the listing agent's instructions and any rules set by the seller.
- Treat the property with care. Don't open closed rooms, cabinets or personal items without permission, and supervise any children who come with you.
- Don't take photos or video inside the home unless the listing agent allows it.
We may decline or cancel a tour request at our discretion, including if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
Listing information
Property details, photos and prices you see on this Site or elsewhere come from third parties and are believed reliable but are not guaranteed. Verify any information that matters to your decision, including square footage, schools, HOA details and property condition.
No legal, financial or inspection advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial or inspection advice. A tour is not a home inspection. Consult qualified professionals before making a purchase decision.
Communications
By submitting a request, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or text message about that request. We won't add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Limitation of liability
The Site and Service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presidio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Service, including any visit to a property. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct during a tour.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
